On-Site Laboratory

Our fully equipped QA / QC laboratory controls all aspects of the operation with the implementation of SPC and close monitoring of our suppliers.  Quality assurance is achieved with a variety of on-site testing equipment, including a CMI Eddy Mag Thickness Tester, table top & hand held PH / ORP meters, hand held digital micrometer, magne gauges, dermitron, complete wet laboratory apparatus, salt spray cabinet, and computerized statistical process control to provide vital data which guarantee and certify that all product specifications are attained.

Outside independent laboratories are used on a monthly basis in order to verify our results.  Certification is available upon request.
