Management at Holody Electro-Plating Limited is interested in the health and safety of its employees. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a continuing objective. Holody Electro-Plating Limited will make reasonable efforts to provide and maintain a safe, healthy work environment. All lead hands and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing the risk of injury at work.
Holody Electro-Plating Limited, as employer, is responsible for employee health and safety. As President, I give you my personal pledge that every reasonable precaution will be taken for the protection, health, and safety of our employees.
Lead hands are responsible for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Lead hands are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Employees receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
Every worker is responsible for protecting his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the laws, safe work practices, and procedures established by the company. It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in every activity.
